If skills need to be changed, Diablo 2: Resurrected offers the option to respec characters. Players will need to adjust their character attributes and skills, as well as their playstyle, to make it through Hell mode. Knowing these changes is only half the battle.
Summoned creatures and Mercenaries will only do 25% damage to main bosses. Health and Mana Drain properties are reduced by 75%. There will be additional enemies in Act 5. The Sorceress' Static Field won't reduce HP for enemies under 50%. Status effect duration is reduced by 75%. Each character's base resistance is lowered by 100 points. 
Dying will cause players to lose 10% of their experience, and only 75% can be recovered from the corpse. Enemies will be a higher level, have more resistance, and gain immunity to at least one element.
